AHL Group Plc invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of ICT equipment to support the modernization of its corporate offices across Malawi.
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, installation, and configuration of desktop computers, laptops, printers, network switches, and uninterrupted power supply (UPS) units. All equipment must be brand new, genuine, and supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty.
Interested bidders must demonstrate previous experience in supplying similar ICT equipment to medium or large organizations and provide proof of successful project completion within the last three years.

Completed bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on 30 September 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.
